Ultimate Staffing is currently engaged in a direct hire search for a Client Relationship Specialist. The ideal candidate will posess engaging communication skills and have a passion for helping clients. This role is located in the North area of Houston and requires your presence in the office daily.

Responsibilities:

• Document, follow up on, and execute action items resulting from client meetings
• Schedule, prepare, and organize materials for client meetings
• Initiate and respond to client service inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to process client requests and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare, submit, and track all onboarding and account-opening documentation
• Initiate, monitor, and confirm the movement of funds in accordance with established procedures
• Provide clients with secure login credentials and assist with account access as needed

Requirements:

• Bacheor's degree
• Must be deadline driven with a high degree of integrity
• Key skills include organization, reliability, detail-oriented and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
